1. Booking & Reservations

1.2. You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process, including passport details, full names, and contact information.
1.3. A booking is only confirmed once full payment (or a required deposit) is received, and a confirmation voucher is issued.

2. Pricing & Payments

2.1. All prices listed on UmraPro.com are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
2.2. Additional fees (such as visa charges, taxes, or surcharges) may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.
2.3. Payments can be made via approved methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other digital payment options).
2.4. Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through the customer portal.
3.2. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the specific Umrah package booked.
3.3. Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any reimbursement.

4.2. UmraPro.com may assist with visa processing, but approval is at the sole discretion of Saudi authorities.
4.3. Denial of a visa does not automatically qualify for a refund unless specified in the package terms.

5. Changes & Amendments

5.1. Requests for changes (dates, names, or package upgrades) are subject to availability and additional fees.
5.2. Name changes may require reissuance of visas and tickets, incurring extra costs.
5.3. UmraPro.com reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., government regulations, weather, or safety concerns).

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.
6.2. UmraPro.com is not liable for any uncovered incidents during travel.

7. Liability & Responsibilities

7.1. UmraPro.com acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport operators).
7.2. We are not responsible for any delays, accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the trip.
7.3. Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and religious guidelines in Saudi Arabia.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. UmraPro.com shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or airline strikes.
